Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Deposits and payments on bookings cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival, will be eligible for a refund or credit

 (credits are site specific and are non-transferable to other sites)

Where a cancellation is submitted less than 21 days before arrival, no refund of the deposits or payment made will be given.

A credit to the guest account may be issued for cancelled bookings made up to 48 hours from arrival to site. The credit must be redeemed within 12 months of issue, or it will expire.

Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of arrival date or early departures are Non-Refundable, Non-transferable, No Credits will be offered.

All refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee.

(This is deducted from the total amount paid when booking)

All Caravan Park Refund Customer Request (SF372) forms must be forwarded to the Caravan Park Manager(s) who will complete the managers’ section and forward the request to Council for consideration.

Booking refunds must be made by Council cheque – under NO circumstances will Caravan Park Manager(s) make cash/bank transfer or Eftpos refunds.

Failure to arrive on your due date without notification will result in the booking being cancelled at 10.00am the following day.
