CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Deposit refunds (less 20% booking fee) are available if more than 21 days’ notice of cancellation is given
All refund requests must be in writing to Park management
Refunds cannot be given on site
Balance of payment is due on arrival, no refunds are given for a shortened stay.
All days booked must be paid for. If you wish to alter your booking please enquire at least seven days prior to arrival.
Failure to arrive on your due date without notification will result in the booking being cancelled at 10.00am the following day.
