Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Deposit refunds (less 20% booking fee) are available if more than 21 days’ notice of cancellation is given.

Bookings cancelled between 7 days prior to arrival and 21 days prior to arrival will be offered a credit for the value paid.

Bookings cancelled with under 7 days notice WILL NOT be offered a refund and will be at the managers discretion if circumstances warrant a credit to be potentially offered.

Refunds will be made by Council Cheque.

No refunds or credit for early departure.

All refund requests must be in writing to Park management.

Refunds cannot be given on site.

Balance of payment is due on arrival.

All days booked must be paid for. If you wish to alter your booking please enquire at least seven days prior to arrival.

Failure to arrive on your due date without notification will result in the booking being cancelled at 10.00am the following day.
