Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Deposits and payments on bookings cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival, will be eligible for a refund or credit

 (credits are site specific and are non-transferable to other sites)

Where a cancellation is submitted less than 21 days before arrival

 No Cash Refund of the deposits or payment made will be given.

A credit to the guest account may be issued for cancelled bookings made up to 48 hours from arrival to site. The credit must be redeemed within 12 months of issue, or it will expire.

Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of arrival date are Non-Refundable, Non-transferable, No Credits will be offered.

All refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee.

(This is deducted from the total amount paid when booking)

All Caravan Park Refund Customer Request (SF372) forms must be completed and forwarded to the Caravan Park Manager(s) who will complete the managers’ section and forward the request to Council for consideration.

Booking refunds will be Issued by the Yorke Peninsula Council by Electronic Funds Transfer, please ensure the refund form is accompanied by the EFT Verification document. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 Business days upon approval of the refund by the appropriate Council officer.

Failure to arrive on your due date without notification will result in the booking being cancelled at 10.00am the following day.
